In order to get anything out of PRINCE2 it is important that the people who are involved in the project are professional. As a result, an organisation must also be professional when it comes to managing it's problems.
For example, if the project board do not take their responsibility seriously there may be an increased risk that the project will deliver inappropriate products. If a project fails, the impacts are business impacts, so it is in the best interest of the organisation to carry our project management seriously and conscientiously, no matter what type of business you run.
