'PRINCE2 is for big project only' - This is incorrect, PRINCE2 can be applied to a very small scale. For example, its design allows for informal use e.g. giving reports verbally.

'We don't have time for PRINCE2' - You should always be able to find time to project manage, unless you want to increase the chance of failure. Many who say this do not know how to use the method rapidly
'PRINCE2 is a method for Government projects' - This statement, not only being untrue (see introduction on the homepage here) PRINCE2 is fit for purpose for both public and private projects.
