This is the last proccess of the PRINCE2 structure. This can either be planned or a premature close. This process involves reporting back to the Project Board to confirm the closure. If the project is shutting down early, then it is not necessary to make sure everything is complete. Instead it is best to identify any usable things from the project to minimise waste.
