This activity provides the means for a regular assessment of the status of the work packages. How often this happens and the formality to which it occurs is defined within work packages and supported by the stage plan.
PRINCE2 suggests the following:
✔ Collect and review progress information from the Checkpoint Report for the Work Package being executed such as estimated time and effort to complete and current quality level compared to the quality register.
