The business case is the main driver of PRINCE2. A project is aimed at delivering business benefit. This theme sets out the suggest content for the business case, which is broadly written out before the project begins, work into full detail in the Initiation (project planning) Stage, and then continually update throughout the project.
This theme addresses how the idea for the project is developed into a viable investment proposition for the organisation and how project management maintains the focus on the objectives throghout the project's lifetime.
