Quality is a vital dimension of project management. If a project focuses on money and cost, but ignores quality the resultant product may be substandard or non-functional.
PRINCE2 does not ask for the highest quality in every project, but attempts to help deliver quality that is appropriate for the particular project and help to deliver at that level.
